About Me
A Safe Space to Be Heard
I have been professionally qualified for 30 years practising in a multitude of diverse settings; Child and Family Welfare 10 years, Clinical Hospital 16 years and private practice for 6 years.
I am a warm, compassionate and open minded clinician and I base my approach on "where the client is at", and empower them to realise their strengths.
Clients often require a toolbox of approaches I will provide through; emotional support, education and therapeutic strategy. I specialise in the treatment of anxiety and depression, relationship counselling, divorce and separation, grief and loss, adjustment disorders and chronic illness.
I enjoy working with people of all ages and cultural diversity, ranging from teenagers to the elderly as well as couples through life transitions and challenges.

"For me, therapy is a conversation, a respectful interaction between people where issues, needs and goals are addressed"
